ABOUT ME:

I have been providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings since 2000.  My areas of specialization are trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, shame, anger, self-esteem and creating safety.  I have provided trainings to therapists, counsellors and health professionals in the areas of Mental Health and Addiction, Trauma, and Harm Reduction.  I believe that we are all life-long learners and value ongoing professional development. In the last 7 years alone, I have completed over 300 hours of formal continuing education trainings.  I also continue to develop my own yoga and mindfulness meditation practices.
