ABOUT ME:
I have been providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings since 2000. My areas of specialization are trauma, depression, anxiety, shame, anger, self-esteem, addiction, and creating safety. I have provided trainings to therapists, counsellors and health professionals in the areas of Mental Health and Addiction, Trauma, and Harm Reduction. I believe that we are all life-long learners and value ongoing professional development. I also continue to develop my own yoga and mindfulness meditation practices.

This person has met the college's strict educational and experience requirements to perform the regulated act of psychotherapy in Ontario.
